Use: Dissolve a handful of crystals in warm bath water and soak.  Regular salt baths, at least once a week, are recommended for optimal self-care.

Add two tablespoons of bath salt to warm water and soak your feet in it for 15 minutes. This improves circulation and soothes tired feet.
